One night, I was sitting quietly and listening to a couple executives discuss good “old fashioned business” in our country. You see, no matter how many years or decades pass then we have some solid and basic qualities and trends that will never change. Fancy technologies, IT and even AI will never change the basic foundations that build successful business and solid results. There are some extremely successful leaders that still strive and thrive on business relationships. While emails, texts, internet and social media are wonderful communication tools. Never forget that physical conversations and meet-ups will never be outdated in business. Qualities including character, values, trust, transparency, ethics, honesty, doing the right things can never be replaced. Team synergy and energy take a group of people to build.
I am a leader that still makes selections in business based on common qualities and trust. I am very excited to broadcast CEO David Hancock and owner of Morgan James Publishing on my talk show. It was a very difficult and long road for me professionally choosing a new home for my book projects and their future. It is a personal honor to be an official author through MJP in New York City and Virginia 2025 and have David as the boss for my book project and author journey.
