  • Feeling Off Lately? Let’s Do a Life + Biz Audit Together

    Send us Fan Mail

If you caught last week’s solocast, you already know—we’re in the season of building. And this week, we’re taking things one step further.

Think of this episode as Part Two: a deeper dive into the mindset work behind the business and brand consulting offer I’ve quietly been building behind the scenes. It’s not quite ready for a full reveal—but I wanted to bring you along for the journey.

We’re talking about the two most important audits you can do right now:
→ The Internal Audit: habits, lies, and the current version of you
→ The External Audit: energy, access, and the people closest to you

If you’ve been feeling stuck, unmotivated, or low-key out of alignment—this episode is your sign to slow down and reassess. Not with shame. Not with pressure. Just truth.

✨ What version of YOU is calling the shots right now?
✨ Who’s getting your energy—and do they deserve it?
✨ What one move have you been avoiding that would instantly create alignment?

This episode is both a pep talk and a practice—and it’s the same work we’ll be doing this fall inside a 3-day business mindset immersion I’m so close to launching (more on that soon 😉).

If this message hits? Leave a comment, send a DM, or share your audit with me. I’d love to hear what’s coming up for you.

Whether you’re in the daydream phase or obsessing over the same spreadsheet you built 2 years ago, this is your sign to stop waiting for perfect time and start building the damn thing.

  • Why Girls Are Losing Confidence: Dr. Lisa Hinkelman Explains What We Can Do

    Send us Fan Mail

I’ve been "bossy" the moment I popped out of the womb.

    Loud. Confident. Opinionated.

And I'm lucky. Because somewhere along the way, I realized—none of that was actually a bad thing. Being bold and self-assured shouldn’t be something we’re taught to tone down. It should be something we protect fiercely.

That’s why this week’s episode with Dr. Lisa Hinkelman hit me so damn hard.

Dr. Lisa Hinkelman is the founder of ROX (Ruling Our eXperiences), a nonprofit that’s teaching girls how to take up space in a world that constantly asks them to shrink. Lisa and I dive deep into what it means to raise confident daughters when confidence is statistically tanking between the ages of 10 and 14—and doesn’t bounce back for most women until our mid-forties. We talk about “bossy” labels, girl drama, ghosting, why confrontation isn’t a dirty word, and what it looks like to finally unlearn being the nice girl.

If you’ve ever walked through the world feeling like you were too much—too loud, too strong, too opinionated—or if you’re raising a daughter who’s starting to dim her light to fit in, this episode is required listening.

🎯 Want to bring ROX to your daughter’s school or support the movement?
    Here’s where to go:
    👉 rulingourexperiences.org
👉 The Girls' Index Report (Read the stats—they’ll stop you in your tracks.)
👉 Shop ROX gear (Yes, I’m getting the “Bossy ➡ Leader” tee.)

Let’s raise the next generation to take up space—with confidence, clarity, and zero apologies.

Until next time—stay wild. Stay loud. And call the next man you meet bossy just for fun. 💅

  • From Ohio to Hollywood: Jeff Timmons on the Rise, the Grind, and the Glamour of 98 Degrees

    Send us Fan Mail

I never thought my Bluffton, Ohio deli girl era would come full circle like this—but here we are.

This week on The Keri Croft Show, I’m joined by the one-and-only Jeff Timmons. From his humble Ohio roots to global fame, Jeff shares what life in a boy band was really like: the mental toll, the money misconceptions, the pressure to keep climbing even when you’ve already “made it.”

    We talked about:

    • Why 98 Degrees almost didn’t make it
    • The truth about the “boy band wars” with *NSYNC and Backstreet Boys
    • His dream boy band Chip 'n’ Dales lineup (yes, you read that right)
    • The one thing that keeps him mentally and physically strong today

This episode is equal parts hilarious and heartfelt—and if you’ve ever chased a dream, been blindsided by success, or just needed a reminder to get right with your own mind, you’ll take something from it.

  • The Cost of Control: Amber’s Story of Disordered Eating, Infertility & Coming Back to Herself

    Send us Fan Mail

I’ve known Amber for a long time. She was an OG at SOS and back then I could sense something was off, but I didn’t know the full story. I didn’t know she was quietly fighting a battle with food, control, and over-exercise that was stealing so much more than just her energy—it was stealing her presence. Her joy. Her health. Her period.

It wasn’t until we recorded the Infertility Series that I learned the whole story—and damn, it hit me hard.

In this episode, Amber gets brutally honest about what it’s like to live inside the mental spiral of orthorexia and exercise addiction. We talk about how that level of control shows up in everyday life, how it impacts relationships, and what it takes to finally break free. Because this isn’t just about food or fitness. This is about being so consumed by the need to control, that you miss out on life itself.

    She talks about:

    • Losing her period for years—and why that was the wake-up call
    • Hiding disordered habits behind “health”
    • Why presence is the real flex
    • The little moments that helped her start healing
    • What it looks like to work out and eat because you love yourself, not because you hate your body

If you're listening and your stomach is turning a little, or you're recognizing something in yourself or someone you love—listen all the way through. Amber’s story is powerful, but more importantly, it’s proof that healing is possible.

You don’t have to stay stuck. There’s a way out. The door is open.
