We all have moments where we look back after some time has passed and are like "why did I do that?" or "I should have done it this way instead." We have a couple options, we can just erase it from our memory banks and keep it moving or use it as a learning experience and if a similar situation arises again there are options on how to combat the scenario. In this episode we reflect on the latter, looking back at our physical therapy school experience and what we would tell our younger selves knowing what we know now. Some of the key takeaways from this episode is the importance of staying in your own lane, building relationships, improving your communication skills, finding mentorship and providing value to the people you interact with.
