Phil has founded several successful software companies, his latest: Moogsoft, an AIOps incident management platform for engineering teams of large businesses. The company currently staffs around 160 people.

Moogsoft was co-founded by Phil and his friend Mike Silvey. Phil tells us the story of how the two met over two decades ago, going from “drinking friends” to now being like an “old married couple” several businesses later.
