How are you handling God's Word in your ministry? Are you teaching it as the authoritative truth? Are you show its importance. Rightly handling the Bible is non-negotiable. 

Is your ministry planned in advance? Is everything planned to accomplish the goal of discipleship? Or are you just having fun? We don't have time to waste; we must be intentional.  

Are you teaching the Christmas story again? Or are you using this Christmas as a chance to disciple boys and girls, intentionally growing them in their faith. 

Are you showing your appreciation to your volutneer team? No matter what your budget is, you can and should show your thanks!
