Cold, implacable, merciless: The Necrons are ancient xenos horrors that stalk the battlefields of the 41st Millennium. On the tabletop Necrons have held their own in Kill Team events around the world regardless of the format. Today, I am joined by Special Guest Matt Hoell to help YOU get the most from this Kill Team.

Matt Hoell recently won the first-ever Kill Team world event, battling players from around the globe in the Command Point Invitational. Over a period of *months*, Matt beat out some of the best players in the game to take 1st place -- and he did it with Necrons.

But Matt doesn't only play Necrons, he has won Nova Pods and taken "Top 8" in other events using teams like Genestealer Cults and Heretic Astartes; so if you listen closely you might just pick up a few tips for other factions from one of the best melee players in the game.

Welcome to Episode 11 of the Killzone Podcast! In today's episode I'm joined by very special guest, Alec Berryman, where we discuss the Drukhari Kill Team, also known as the "Dark Eldar" (or "Deldar" as I often call them for short).

Actually, I have a lot of nicknames for these guys..."Dark LOLdar", "Drunkhari"...but I digress.

Alec seems to take a "Top 8" finish at every event he plays at. He gave me my one loss at the SoCal Open Arena Day last season and he just killed it at LVO earlier this year as well. This matters because the events were different formats where the win condition changed dramatically. Yet there he was, still at the top and still running his tricksy elves.

Dark Eldar have a lot to unpack. They are a very "deep" faction that has honestly intimidated me content-wise because there is just so much to cover: Every round they get a new buff. The subfactions have rules regarding list composition. There are quite a few units. On and on it goes. But today we get to hear from the best U.S. player running the faction as he pulls back the curtain for us. It is a VERY special episode, indeed.

"Killer Clowns From Outer Space!": No, it's not a budget horror movie from the 80's -- it's Episode 10 of The KILLZONE Podcast with Beeranid 40k!

In today's episode, I'm joined by very special guest, ZeroStride, where we discuss Harlequins Tactics in an episode over 2 hours in length! Learn the ins and outs of the "tricksiest" Elves in Kill Team, as well as principles of play that I personally use to guide me when building a list or roster for ANY faction.

You see, ZeroStride isn't just a great player, he's been my closesly-guarded secret for success in this game for a while now. When I'm stuck, or when I'm excited about a new build, he's where *I* go for insight. In today's episode he goes into detail regarding some key strategic aspects you won't get anywhere else. All this and more is here in today's episode!

A quick note before you jump in: in the past few episodes I used a separate off-site service to record the interviews and the rendered file I got back was *horrible*. Apologies for that. The sync issues had us talking over each other, long gaps of silence, and worst of all -- there was no way to repair it because it was recorded and processed w/ the same service... so both of the audio recordings were processed into a single file. But no more! With the help of supporters on Patreon this episode was created using all new equipment and software. I'm still figuring it all out but I want to say a special THANK YOU to those of you who support this podcast and make it better. I couldn't have done it without you. This is an "engine" build with stacking modifiers that starts with a devious first step the opponent often won't see coming. By the time they realize what's going on, it's too late! I speak from experience here because I faced Kyle three times at LVO and lost two of those matches!
