On World Kindness Day (Friday 13th Nov) Christy caught up with child psychologist Dr Sam Wass, known for his work on Channel 4's "Secret Life of 4, 5, 6 Year Olds", to find out what kindness means to kids and how programmes like "My Little Pony : Pony Life" can help them develop social skills. He also had some great advice on how parents can help their little ones cope in these peculiar times.
