In this episode of Coffee with the Superintendent, we reflect on 1 Samuel 9 where Saul is chosen as Israel’s first king, and we discover how his story points forward to the true King, Jesus Christ, who reigns in humility and power. Then in the Second Pour, we celebrate birthdays for Jasmin Hazelet, Sarah Newton, Zach Fulsom, Christian, and Joshua. We highlight picture day for our Volleyball teams, cheer on Volleyball and Soccer as they travel to face Fayetteville Christian, remind our Cross-Country team of a rest day, and look forward to a Pizza lunch on campus. It is a day filled with reminders that God governs both the great and the small with His sovereign care.
