"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom. These verses from Ecclesiastes 9:9-10 sum up perfectly the life of our special guest, Thelma Teetee Ahamba. Thelma's life has not always been rosy, but her driving force has been God, even though this has not been the case from the beginning. Thelma shares with us how she overcame depression and suicidal thoughts and how she came to live a life of intentional faith, making her a leading voice in her field.

Maame is a policy analyst with the Government of Canada, in the Public Health Agency of Canada division. She is also the founder of a grassroots initiative called the Power of Love Foundation Canada. This organization provides services and resources to Black women and girls in low-income settings to improve their overall well-being.

In today's society, many, believers and non-believers alike, struggle with and are addicted to lustful desires, such as pornography, masturbation and other lusts. They want to overcome them but simply cannot. TJ helps us understand how we can use God's Word to overcome addictions and lustful desires, reminding us of the verse in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has come to you except that which is common to men. And God is faithful: he will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also offer you a way out so that you can bear it."

Desiree shows us that fulfilment and joy can be found in God alone through Christ, having tried various paths such as yoga and meditation, but to no avail. 

Her experience is indeed a testament to Jeremiah 29:13 where it says, "You will seek me, and if you seek me with all your heart, you will find me."
