Most of us think we've got the Eighth Commandment handled. We didn't steal a car, we didn't walk out of a store with something we didn't pay for. But Pastor Stephen makes the case that "you shall not steal" is really a question about our hearts, not just our hands. Where are we taking, deceiving, or holding back what isn't ours, even in small, easy to justify ways?
This week's message walks through Ephesians 4:28 as a roadmap for real change: stop taking, work faithfully, and give generously. It closes with the story of Zacchaeus, a man whose whole life was built around taking, and who meets Jesus and becomes known for giving instead.
