This episode I sit down with the powerful Ms. Katrina Fludd. Katrina is a Diversity and Inclusion professional, who has spent over a decade in education management and no-profit organizations focusing on more equitable and inclusive working space. Katrina is the CEO of Kelda & Co. a new Diversity and Inclusion company focus on shifting the paradigm of how we think about differences where we live, learn, and work. Her company specializes in developing, implementing, coaching strategies and advising leaders from higher education and corporate settings.

Katrina is a dual graduate from Babson College where she earned her B.S. in Management and her M.A. in Global Entrepreneurship Management. Her background and drive lead her to the halls of Princeton University where she was the inaugural Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. Her natural entrepreneurial spirit inevitably lead her to creating her own company Kelda & Co. named after her mother.
