This is a long one, and good one. Carl goes on a long tirade about accuracy and precision,

As with most recordings, Jason waits to get his coffee till after the record is hit.

We are just getting warmed up, buckle up this is going to be a long one.

Someone has messed with the auto correct in the google docs.

Walther goes off again about his ethnic roots and spins some half true tail about what and what is not a pastry.

Walther says a lot of ethnic centric stuff about language.

It is finally time to start the show.

There is no Ax Walther this time, yet we end up talking about internet stuff.

Walther show Jason a dongle which then launches into a discussion of how good a TI Calculator is.

In which Walther tries to show Jason why teaching persion is better then teaching accuracy.

The conversation moves onto why we use the systems of units we do, and what their strengths and weaknesses.

Carl lays bare his struggles, mentally and time wise, in finding a job. But then quickly pivot to talking about kids going back to school, and then pivot back to advice on the job hunt.

Walther laments his inability to find the work he wants and Jason gives him a pep talk, this while they keep talking about what the start of school is going to look like.

Jason walks us through what a day in his teaching going to look like. This was before any of this had met the classroom. We get into talking about tools to teach with online and Core 4 LMDSs

There is some disagreement on how best to split the time and what the definitions are.

How the hell did Walther get anywhere in life. Jason's responsibility to edit the docs is lacking. Walther makes some very unsupported claims.

Quick talk about old video games that we loved. We talk about bringing on a future guest.

Title: Friends for Life, through thick and thin...

Jason and Carl first demo tape, this year. There is a great discussion on what should be tracked in the classroom, how to read a book properly, and what is the nature of suffering and how it affects student learning.

Starts out on a great foot, with some a cappella singing, but then things turn to podcasting.

Where do we do all this, but the we end up confused on how to spell and say things, and what should be in the show notes.

We start off talking about skyward, but then check in on the shed that Jason called early in the week about.

Walther has ideas on how to recreate your work, Jason has ideas on why he is wrong and off his rocker. Then we launch into a very long discussion on how to track behavior.

Long ago in another life, Walther stole an academic reading technique from Ed Willis. He now shares this knowledge with Jason.

Jason and Walther get into another argument on what it means to say everyone suffers. The argument revolves around do people suffer more and have more trauma in their lives, or do they suffer differently and deal with trauma differently.

Title: Rosebud

Jason And Carl talk about the past and family history and end up talking about how education will look in the new normal of distance learning.

In which, in probably the first of many times, Walther says he needs to listen better, and then goes on to talk over Jason for the rest of the show. :) This is all in regards to a previous conversation, recorded in a demo tape (to be released in the next week) over how to talk about racism.

Walther goes on a rant of what makes a question clearer. That the modern age demands more than good questions, but ways to test them.
