On this episode of The Knowledge Bar, we dive into the current world of dating from our varied perspectives. According to Pew Research, as of February 8, 2024, a quarter of all 40 year olds in the United States have never been married. For context, in 1980, that number was just 6%. Add on that the majority of single people are not actively looking for a relationship and we are left wondering: Is dating dying a slow death?

In addition to dating, Chris’s excitement for the Detroit Lions continues, we’ll talk NFL MVP, some new hobbies in the group, and the big question that is haunting us all – Kindle v Books.

Bonus Episode - 2024 Presidential Election

Grab a strong one and join us for a BONUS episode to talk about the 2024 Presidential election. By now you obviously know that Donald Trump has bucked historical trends in a number of ways in returning to the White House.

Let’s just say at the outset, this isn’t meant to be a political podcast. Full disclosure: we’re just 4 guys who like to drink booze and talk about stuff we think is cool.

But given the gravity of the election results, it would seem inappropriate to NOT at least touch on it. So here, we want to offer some insights and thoughts on how the election turned out and what it means moving forward.
