Shamsa Lea is an Air Force Veteran of Afghanistan, Papua New Guinea and the Middle East Region, with 13 years of service as a Logistics Officer. She joined the Human Capital team at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Workforce Transformation- helping organisations drive meaningful and holistic change.  

In 2020, Shamsa co-founded Propel Her Australia- The Defence Women’s Leadership Series, an online hub for resources specific to a woman’s career development experience in an Australian Defence and public sector setting.  Additionally, she sits on the board of directors for CarryOn Victoria, the leading Veteran Support Organisation for veteran crisis housing in Victoria. Shamsa is also a trained leadership coach, with a special interest in emerging female leaders.
