The KrisAnne Hall Show

Politics can make for good entertainment at times. It would seem as if the Democrats have suddenly taken up the cause of executive orders and their Constitutional validity. I'm not sure Trump has used his pen and his phone together yet, as Obama did, but it does make one wonder what these same democrats were doing the when Obama was issuing his unconstitutional executive orders. This is a good conversation to have. We just need to make sure we always keep the Constitution in focus regardless of who is occupying the oval office.

Information can be like a virus and it would seem as if the media promoted disinformation about the recent executive orders has infected the population at large producing hysteria where none needs to exist. Here's some truth.

It's not surprising that I have been getting a lot of questions about the President's authority over immigration. So today we look at the application of the Constitution to determine the power the executive has over immigration.

Trump's presence in the oval office has emboldened conservative voices in Congress. Is this a trend? Maybe principled, vigorous debate will become the norm. Maybe it might even result in legislation that restores the Constitutional balance of power.

Reviewing more of Trump's recent executive orders and how they stack up against our Constitution.

The office of president was to be limited and defined. The Congress was supposed to be a check OVER the president. Lets look how and perhaps why that has changed over the years. What do we have today?

The Department of Interior is part of the executive branch and after the inauguration a DOI employee tweeted a not so nice message on Twitter about the new boss. Not a very smart career move. Especially if the new boss had a TV show where his favorite thing to say was, "You're Fired".

2 stories that you will not want to believe are true...but they are. Will we stand in defense of Liberty with these people, or will we surely hang separate?

While the nation is transfixed on the upcoming inauguration of Trump it is important that we do not forget that cabinet appointee's and the President are meant to be our humble servants dedicated to the protection and preservation of the people's liberty.
