Such an amazing opportunity to get mentally and emotionally aligned through the word of God.  This journey has been taking me on an roller coaster of awareness.  How is it impacting you?

So I commend the enjoyment of life, because there is nothing better for a person under the sun than to eat and drink and be glad. Then joy will accompany them in their toil all the days of the life God has given them under the sun. Ecclesiastes 8:15

Last night I had an awareness it's not just about reading the Bible, going to therapy, having spiritual direction and/or healthy community - It's a spiritual situation that helps.  I transformed by having all of these work in my life.  the Bible highlighted the shifting in my being.  I was reminded that I am a spiritual being that is having an human experience.  Emotions are something that I am working on to heal myself...overwhelmed with the fullness of friendship and community.

God's word is a living breathing document that keeps reminding me that my sin keeps me distant from God's plan.  How can I shift my focus to stay in alignment with God's plan when naturally I am in a sinful lifestyle?

So many questions so many feelings but the best part is I am connecting with God.

I thank God for keeping me

I declare I don't have the spirit of Fear

I declare I don't suffer from insecurity

I declare I don't have low self-esteem

I declare I don't believe untrue identities of myself

I declare I don't have I receive forgiveness for my sins

I declare I don't struggle shame and guilt

I receive my God given identity

I receive my God given strength to guide me

I receive my God given wisdom

I receive my God given humility

I thank God for the gift of eternity

Praise him for your testimony and for everything he has brought you out of

Father God, creator of my heart, Lover and Savior of my soul. I adore you, I am yours and I abide in You, I long for you in every area of my life! Your love for me is the only thing that makes sense. I lean into you and the truth that you speak over me. I am worthy because You saw me, before I was formed in my mothers womb and you rejoiced over me, you made plans for me, plans for my good, plans to prosper me, plans to protect me. I thank you so much for You giving me confidence to live this life that feels like a series of disqualifying moments. I surrender my ways of seeing to see myself the way you see me. I pray that you restore me back to where you want me according to Your will and power in the mighty name of Jesus amen
