In this interview I am joined by Regina Rosendahl of Fight Club Finland as I look I continue to look into the Nordic Wrestling countries following my #ScandiGraps series.

This interview we both talk about very real topics such as mental health, eating disorders, body shaming and the troubles we've faced.

Regina talks about how she got started in wrestling and what the culture of wrestling in Finland like and how it has changed over the years to become more inclusive.
