This is one episode you will want to share with others.
I've spent so many hours reading books on every self help topic like goals, motivation, behaviour change, hypnosis, NLP, sales and always taken something away to add to my inventory of motivational weaponry.
I saw one video of George talking and knew I had to catch up with him some how. Shot him a message via insta and he was more than happy to catch up, it helped sway him a little that he had a conversation the day before with someone about starting a podcast so it was a sign from the Universe.
It won't take long before you see how good George is, very excited to see what the future has for him because there is not enough people like him.
Hope you enjoy as much as I did.
I remember seeing Baxter after he came back from his first trip to Burning Man.
He was always enjoyable to be around and talk to but a different person returned from that trip.
It is still an inspiring story I tell people how he came back and decided to start experiencing life and shared some of his experiences with me on this episode of Spiritual Growth.
Having the opportunity to sit down with the guys from The Push Podcast was awesome.
They were in the Mecca of Bodybuilding, City Gym during the 90's and got to see first hand some interesting things through the years.
There is some real great moments all throughout this episode, hope you guys enjoy it!
Peter is a Strength & Conditioning Coach that works with Athletes who is always on the hunt for the best Hamburger joint.
We worked together many years ago and he is one of the nicest guys I've crossed paths with. As soon as I found out he was back in Syd from moving to NY, I had to catch up with him.
It was a pleasure to talk for 2hrs with him and I hope you enjoy the result!
Every time I had the pleasure of sitting in one of Stefan's education sessions I was amazed at his level of knowledge.
It was always enjoyable to listen to as he had a natural ability to take complex topics and make them understandable.
He was one of the first people I contacted to see if he would be keen to do an episode together and this is the result!
Having worked with Steve in the past, I knew he was one of the hardest working PT's out there.
The first one in the Gym and one of the last to leave, he really does set the best example. Everyone knows him as the super nice guy with the loud laugh and ends up admitting that his laugh is contagious.
We went through how to carry yourself within a gym, gaining and keeping business and things to consider when considering taking your fitness more seriously.
We discuss all things Fitness, success in gaining and maintaining business and wander off topic from time to time. Mike is an in demand trainer who also works with the UFC, its always a pleasure to catch up with him and hopefully you'll enjoy our chat.
