Biblical law requires that judges "inquire diligently" in matters of justice (Deut. 19:18). Pre-adjudication bypasses this requirement.

On this episode, Chris Hume briefly discusses the relationship between ethnicity, culture, and language, emphasizing that man-made law actually prevents a people from preserving their ethnicity. Relying on the "state" and man-made laws to solve problems related to ethnicity and culture is detrimental. Instead, we ought to seek alternative ways to preserve ethnicity and culture without rejecting God's Law and civil structure.
