In Revelation 21:6 God says, “I Am the Alpha and Omega; the beginning and the end.” God speaks the first Word, and God will get the last Word. That final Word will create a new heaven and a new earth. That said, we live in a world where lots of other words seem to be spoken: violence, brokenness, hatred, disease, death. The tears have not been wiped from our eyes. So, when Lord? When will you speak a final Word that can give us hope? What will the Word be?
