In the 80's kids were told to just say no to drugs. The DARE program was created to teach Gen X to abstain from drugs, gangs and violent behaviors. Julie and Mel reflect on how alcohol was introduced to them and how it affected them in later years. And please always remember, friends don't let friends drive drunk.
