I love talking with strong women, hearing their stories and finding out what motivates them. This week I had the chance to talk with Elaine Welteroth, the author of a new book, "More Than Enough: Claiming Space For Who You Are No Matter What They Say."

Laurie had the chance to talk with both Dr. Pipher and her daughter (who was Ophelia) Sara, about the new revised version of the book. Many of the compelling stories from the original book were kept but they’ve added new stories of girls today and what life looks like for them. They’ve also added a chapter on anxiety because it has become some a prominent issue.
