In the second episode of Season 2, we were lucky to be joined in studio by a former fighter jet pilot who currently is apart of the RAF training Alex is participating in.

In the hour we spent talking, we discussed the benefits of joining the RAF, such as travelling the world during the Cold War, as well as the toll that the job can take, for example on your family members who are deserted whenever you're called to work.

In this weeks episode we talk with Ricci G about his time in reality TV. Discussing all things Geordie Shore, Big Brother and Ex on the Beach. We found this episode particularly interesting because it shone a light on the expectations and toxic culture of being in the limelight and having constant media attention. We also discuss trolls and the impact this has on peoples mental health. We dive deeper into what Ricci is doing now with his career as an international DJ and how his life has unfolded in an effort to inspire others.
