After two weeks off, due to illness, the guys are back and on the top of their list a rumor going around about the scaling back of Sony’s upcoming PlayStation 5. Is it because of price? Is it because of a Covid-19 damaged economy? Is it both? The guys discuss that as well as some headlines of the past week and the two worst groups in the world unite: Anti-Vaxxers and Shelter-in-Place protesters form the worst team-up ever.

Hey there, podcast listeners! As you may have noticed that we haven’t released a new episode in two weeks, and that is because Steven has been ill. No, not THAT kind of ill. So, instead of letting you endure another solid week of no content, we are throwing up a rewind episode from our earlier series from 2013. The old format has a lot going on. We had a new release section in comics. Douchebags of the week and an epic person section. The episode was recorded shortly after the purchase of Lucasfilm by Disney and the announcement of a sequel Star Warstrilogy. We discuss if there was a need for a sequel series at all. And, a bunch of news that was popular at the time. Enjoy our throws back of The Lazy Geeks with podcast #93: “Dark Force Rising.”

The guys talk about all the conspiracy theories and misinformation about the Covid-19 virus. Everything from myths you should avoid and stop listening to, 5G towers spreading the virus, and religious leaders that don’t want you to believe in it because it’s a hoax. We need to get right about this and understand that it’s real. Other stuff includes that Boston has had enough of GameStop, Zoom’s privacy issues, and a nut that tried to sink a ship with a train. All that and more on this week’s episode. Enjoy and stay safe!

We’re back with a new episode. This is really a two topic episode. First, we deal with the announcement of the PlayStation 5 from Sony earlier this week. Obliviously, the news was kind of buried under all the other stuff happening in the world. But, we discuss the differences between the PS5 and the Xbox Series X. On top of that, we discuss one of our favorite films that is celebrating its 30th anniversary this week, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. We, also, have a couple of announcements. Enjoy this light episode and get ready for turtle power.
