Smart Project Management

I need your help please

I have set up a survey that will contribute to the research for a 2014 book by Peter Taylor (The Lazy Project Manager) to be published by Kogan Page and with the working title of 'Smart Project Management'.

The survey is in 5 parts:

1. Respondent information – to understand who you are at a high level

2. Looking at the multi-generational Project Management workforce of today

3. Exploring the challenges of today’s Project Managers

4. Understanding how and why you ‘chose’ project management as a profession

5. A call for Case studies

Thank you for your time to complete this survey - all data will only be used at a summary level for the book and no personal details will be distributed in any way.

Yes The Lazy Project Manager is on the receiving end of the interview process in this podcast as he talks to Kimberlee Williams of Ignitem all about being lazy and project management and sponsorship.

A fun video for the festive season and an idea for the perfect present.

Does it sometimes feel like the sharks are circling when you stand up to deliver your latest presentation?

Waiting for a mistake, for any hesitation, sensing 'blood' and then going in for the kill?

Well The Lazy Project Manager has a special offer to help you beta the sharks!

An interview with Kimberlee Williams of Ignitem about Sponsor development, a webinar offer for better Presentation skills, and lots about International Project Management Day 2013.

An opportunity to attend a webinar on 28th November to learn to deliver better presentations with Peter Taylor.

And an introduction to Pam Warren - an interesting and inspirational project manager.
