In this podcast episode, we speak to Michelle "G-I" Gardner-Ince (Director, Women Veteran-owned Small business Initiative) about her time in the Air Force and her journey to lead in the Civil Service sector. She details her leadership journey as she became the first African American woman to rise to the rank of Colonel in her specialty. After service, she became certified with the John Maxwell Company as an Executive Leadership Trainer, Coach, and Consultant. Her passion for the betterment of Veteran Women in the business arena has led her to spearhead the Women Veteran-owned Small Business Initiative, where she creates opportunities for women to excel in the business world.
