For those who may be struggling in their current season of life, I would like to offer words of encouragement and truth. In John 16:33, Jesus reminds us that even though we may face trials and sorrow, we can take heart because He has already overcome the world. Jesus makes all the hard things in our life work out for His glory and purpose. Regardless of our struggles or season in life, God is with us and has already overcome them.

This is an offer of hope and encouragement to those facing hard times. Be encouraged and reminded of Gold's strength over their circumstances.

When recruiting for our Network Marketing company, we need to stop being passive-aggressive in the DMs. Why are we running our businesses the way we are? Do we do it out of authenticity or out of scarcity and wanting to prove ourselves? Building a business based on scarcity and proving something won't give you the results you want. To achieve the success you desire, you must move forward with a heart posture attitude when building your business.

By connecting with people from a place of wanting to serve, we can avoid passive-aggressive tactics in the DMs. We will see a higher conversation rate when you are your true authentic self. When we have a heart posture that is in accordance with God's will, things supernaturally unfold. Things happen not by our might, but by His.

For decades, network marketing has been a business model. Due to the gig economy and the great resignation, there has been a significant shift in recent years. There are now many people looking for alternative incomes online. It is unfortunate that there are still some outdated and harmful narratives that need to be debunked.

These are the top three narratives and why they need to die.

1. Demonization of the Nine-to-Five. Nattriaves like this are extremely harmful. It implies that those still employed in traditional jobs do not give their families enough time. It insults those who love their jobs. Having multiple sources of income can be beneficial for most people.

2. Defensive Content. You will have to defend your company if you create defensive content. Making money through network marketing is a viable option. In order to partner with a company, you do not have to prove your choice. Content such as this reinforces the stigma surrounding the industry

3. Posting Checks. It is frowned upon by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Posting checks can create unrealistic expectations for those who are just starting out in the industry. Instead, demonstrate how you achieved your financial goal by partnering with a direct sales company and demonstrating the value of the lifestyle.

Romans 5:3 (NIV) 3 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

The purpose of this passage from the Bible is to build endurance and character through trials. Being aligned with Christ requires a commitment to God's plan and removing people-pleasing tendencies. Focus on obeying God's truth instead of fear-based motivations to live a more fulfilling and fruitful life.

My goal for this year is to read the Bible chronologically. Going through the Bible, I see God is highlighting persistence throughout. As a result of experiencing this in my own life so strongly, I have changed the bio on my Instagram account to tell my own story of persistence. Persistence is the mark of a believer. As God works in me, I expect him to create a new level of persistence in me.

Your health goals may be long gone by now, but I encourage you not to give up on yourself. Maybe you should try again. The only way to get from point A to point B is through persistence, so I want to address this really sabotaging mindset of all or nothing. Life can not be all or nothing.

Living in an all-or-nothing mindset sets you up for shame. This is not how God wants you to live your life. The more connected we are to our creator, to our Heavenly Father, the more likely we are to know what's coming and what's going on instead of holding on to everything and letting go of it all. This is not a healthy habit you want in your life. This will create a habit of quitting in you, and you don't want that.

As I embrace this new level of persistence this year, new things will come my way. This is why the Lord gave me the word, Expectancy, for my word for 2023. Open up to the possibility of new opportunities by letting go of all-or-nothing patterns.

As a society, we seem to have made easy a goal. Easy is being over-gloried. And if all you are seeking is easy, you will never have what you desire. It's a fantasy of arriving at an easy life, it's just not real.

Let's get gritty.

But first, what is grit?

Grit is persistence. Grit is a quality of endurance. Grit is the ability to keep choosing, to show up in an area where discipline is desired. To transform your health, make income in your business, or achieve career goals, you need to get gritty. You must become gritty if you want to see a fruitful change in your life. Gritty is not a bad thing.

Hustle is one of my favorite things. The key to success in life and business is hard work. We must find a balance between toxic hustle culture and anti-hustle culture. There are several passages in the Bible about work and diligence, as well as using one's talents. However, the Bible also stresses the value of balance and self-care. According to Genesis, God rested on the seventh day of creation, setting an example for humans.

There is a need to balance hard work and diligence with rest and self-care in these passages. Overdoing "hustle culture" can lead to burnout. Anti-culture can also lead to failure before you give it a chance to succeed and run the risk of becoming lazy.

To find balance in your life, you must do the work, and know who you are, and whose you are.

My prayer for you today is that you will declare victory in your life with Jesus Christ. Do not let the enemy use your mind as a punching bag, but have Faith in your partnership with Jesus Christ. The enemy cannot steal your joy. Don't let him steal your attention in God's process, because on the other side, you will become exactly who you were meant to become.

Does worrying add a single moment to your life? The Lord does not expect you to fix your behavior before he helps you. Even though, my Heavenly Father reminded me of that I felt as if my body was taking over. I was having doubts in my mind. He still met me where I was. God still was there despirte my doubt. And still performed Miracle after Miracle.

We are all humans, and we all need Christ. That needs to be embedded in your body today. Do you not go to Him because you think your behavior needs to improve? His love is not based on you being perfect. It is so clear in the Bible that you cannot earn it. It is freely given. Through the blood of Jesus. Therefore, I want to encourage you to go to him with your turbulent mess.

28 "And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don't work or make their clothing, 29 yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. 30 And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?

31 "So don't worry about these things, saying, 'What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?' 32 These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. 33 Seek the Kingdom of Goda]">[a] above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
