AJ and Rhys review a big week of rugby league, a week which saw some teams rise, others emerge and some (like AJ's Roosters) falter away for 2023. On the program, we review the Knights big win which sees Greg Marzhew and KP deliver some big impacts for the Knights. Also, we look at the good, bad and ugly for the boys from Tiger Town, we look at the Broncos big win over the Bulldogs, North Queensland's big victory over Manly. AJ delivers the death knell on the Roosters 2023 season as they get struck by a fierce Melbourne Storm, also we review the flat track bullies (Cronulla) self-destruction in Auckland. They also look at the Baby Panthers win over the Dolphins and the Eels slither their way to a narrow 1 point win over the Titans. The boys look at their Supercoach sides and future trades as well as the Lower Grade scene in NSW and QLD before concluding with the LOLCOW of the Week.

A break from our usual traditional weekly recap sees AJ secure an exclusive interview for the podcast. Talking to one of his favourite players, cult hero Mose Masoe. Mose made his first grade debut in 2010 and played with 2 NRL clubs in the Roosters and Panthers, he also played in the Super League with St Helens and Hull KR. Masoe also represented Samoa on a number of occasions. His career took a turn for the worse in the early stages of 2020, a tackle that went horrifically wrong saw Masoe be told his career would be over and unlikely to walk again. He set out defying the odds and is now well on his road to recovery. This is the story of the 'Iron Man' Mose Masoe.

Rhys and AJ are joyous of the Broncos and Roosters victories as well as the Cowboys and Penrith victories.
