The best part about virtual assistants is that if you get them overseas you can find VAs for a very very low cost.  Someone in the U.S. might demand $15/hr for the tasks you need to be completed, but you can find people in the Philippines and other countries for $2/hr.

One of the biggest mistakes I see from young entrepreneurs is the minute they start to make a little money from their business they go out and buy dumb stuff!  If you want to successfully grow and scale your business you need to reinvest your revenue into your business.

This strategy works really well for anyone who is “side hustling”.  Create a separate bank account for your business and use the money you make to buy software, tools, and resources to help you scale your business even more.

The more money you can put into your business, the faster you'll grow!

In this episode, you'll learn how I batch produce content to save time for my online business! If you are a content producer, batch producing content is a MUST if you want to stay sane first of all… and second of all if you want to be consistent and efficient.

For my YouTube channel, I film 10 or more videos all in one sitting.  I also do the same for editing.  When I'm in editing mode, I edit.  When I'm in filming mode, I film.  That way I really only need 3 film days a month to produce daily video content for my channel.

The same can be done for blogging or any other type of content creation.  I've seen people do this for their Instagram account too.  They will spend a Saturday going around doing photo shoots for content that they can post throughout the week.

In this episode, I talk a little bit about what I learned at the CVX Live convention here in Provo this year.  The thing about these conventions is that it's not so much about what is said, but more importantly, the ideas you get while you're there.

I get “inspiration” if you will… for my own online business and YouTube channel and I try to make the changes necessary to improve my business.

Don't be afraid to make changes, and always look for ways to improve.  The day you get complacent is the day you stop growing.
