I hope we create a community around everyone who feels alone in their teaching or learning.

We should surround their pain and support them as they heal.

We should do this because it is the thing that matters most when you are passionately trying to create.

I discuss why we should feel a sense of professional responsibility to curate our learning for others. We should always feel a responsibility to our primary learning audience, but it is the secondary audience that we should also consider.
