Angela Vann, Bio: Angela Vann, M.Ed is a 4th generation educator who began her career as a Special Educator teaching students in the classroom while also working to develop and modify instructional materials for students with learning and emotional disabilities. Beyond public schools, her resume has an extensive background in non-public, virtual, and charter school special education, working in leadership, strategic planning, project management, EdTech, and content development with a focus on equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Angela works as a digital education and leadership strategist and serves as the Director of Learning Design for LearningMate, specializing in DEI.
Angela has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Morgan State University and a Master of Science in Special Education from McDaniel College. Most recently, she obtained a certificate in school management from Harvard University and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
