On episode one of the podcast, we take a look at English Paper One with Jim Lusby, who takes Tara and Crossy through the exam structure and gives incredible advice on the the importance of deconstructing the exam question.

They guys also catch up with D Colman Noctor, from St Patrick's Mental Health Services, who talks them through what stress is and ways to regulate it in the run up to the exams. This is the first of 3 interviews with Colman, who will be giving some invaluable insight how to manage your mental health over the next few weeks.
