The Leg Up Project is; we are a health and wellbeing group that is currently funded by the NHS (Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland) and Leicestershire County Council. We deliver performance and wellbeing coaching, adventure therapy, and educational courses to promote an increase in wellbeing and healthy living. We are often seen as ‘cub scouts’ for adults mixed with mental health and resilience training. Where else on a Monday can you be learning about breathing techniques to manage stress and be abseiling off of a bridge on a Sunday?
