Fabio Müller begibt sich nach seiner KV Lehre auf eine fünfmonatige Reise quer durch in den Sri Lanka, Indien und Madagaskar.
In Madagaskar verwirklicht er bereits im Alter von 21 Jahren seinen Traum, etwas Bedeutendes für diese Welt zu bewirken und gründet sein eigenes soziales Unternehmen.
Changing.ngo ist eine madagassisch-schweizerische Entwicklungsorganisation, die zur Verringerung der Armut, zur Wiederherstellung und dem Erhalt einheimischer Waldlandschaften in der Dorfgemeinde Fihaonana beiträgt.
So ermöglicht er Kindern und Jugendlichen ein besseres Leben zu führen und sinnvolle Arbeit zu finden. In seinem eigenen Garten in ländlicher Umgebung pflanzt er eigenes Gemüse an, um die Bevölkerung damit zu unterstützen. Gleichzeitig hat er ein zweites inspirierendes Projekt ins Leben gerufen: er setzt sich für die Aufforstung der Wälder in Madagaskar ein, fördert so das Gedeihen der Bienen und stellt seinen eigenen Honig her.
Fabio erzählt von seinen Hürden und Anfangsschwierigkeiten aber auch von Erfolgsrezepten, wie man als junger Mensch einen echten Beitrag für eine bessere Welt leisten kann. Für mich ein weiteres Beispiel was mit dem Glauben an sich möglich ist, um im Hier und Jetzt ein Vermächtnis der Liebe für unsere Welt zu leben.

Vor über 30 Jahren bin ich dem Kapuzinerpater Josef Regli zum ersten Mal begegnet. Seitdem ist viel Zeit verstrichen und sowohl Josef als auch ich haben vieles erlebt.
Was mich schon immer an diesem Menschen faszinierte, waren seine spirituelle Kraft und die weisen Antworten auf die grossen Fragen unsere Zeit.
Ich besuche Josef im Kapuzinerkloster Wesmelin in Luzern, eine Oase der Besinnlichkeit, der Ruhe und der Stille.
Wir unterhalten uns in einem sehr inspirierenden und tiefgründigen Gespräch über die brennenden Themen unserer Zeit wie zum Beispiel:
· was ist der Sinn des Lebens ?
· wie gehen wir mit Krisen um ?
· wie kann jeder Einzelne ein Bewusstsein des Friedens auf unserer Erde schaffen ?
· wie finden wir alle den Weg zu unserer wahren inneren Grösse und zum Sinn des Lebens

Sibylle Oetiker ist studierte Soziologin und Marketingexpertin und gründete 2020 als Quereinsteigerin ihr Unternehmen SASHAY.
Inspiriert hat sie dabei ein Zeitungsartikel übe die Lederindustrie und als sie auf der Suche nach veganen bzw. nachhaltigen Schuhen nur auf Plastikschuhe stiess, entschied sie sich einen neuen Weg einzuschlagen.

Vor wenigen Wochen zieht mich ein Laden in der Innenstadt von Graz magisch an.
Als ich den Laden betrete strahlt mir das Lachen einer wunderbaren Person entgegen.
Dina Theresia Rahman ist ursprünglich Apothekerin, doch widmet sie ihre Energie immer mehr der Weisheit der Natur, obwohl sie schon seit Beginn ihres beruflichen Weges einen ganzheitlichen Weg der Medizin verfolgt hat.
Ihr Geschäft widerspiegelt denn auch meine Faszination für ihren Weg: Bachblüten, diverse Essenzen, weise Bücher mit wunderschönen Mantras, numerologische Kalender und vieles mehr. Schon in einem kurzen Gespräch wird mir klar, welch enormer Schatz in Dina’s Herzen verborgen liegt.

Wir besuchen den aussergewöhnlichen Architekten Werner Schmidt in seinem Atelier in Trun im Kanton Graubünden in der Schweiz.
Dieser Besuch ist kein Zufall. Im Zuge der Realisierung der Vision des Skiweltmeisters Daniel Albrecht, einen Campus als Lern-und Begegnungsort für Kinder zu bauen, damit diese sich ganz selbst sein können, ist Werner der perfekte Sparring Partner.
Ökologisches Bauen ist kein Trend sondern schon bald die Normalität. Doch Werner Schmidt setzt auf einen ganz besonderen Baustoff: Stroh.
Dieses weist unglaubliche Eigenschaften auf. Werner hatte diesen natürlichen Baustoff schon vor Jahrzehnten entdeckt und setzt diesen immer öfter mit grossem Erfolg ein. So hatte er zum Beispiel bei Bauarbeiten in einem Kloster Strohreste in Mauern gefunden, die Jahrhunderte alt, aber immer noch in einem perfekten Zustand waren. Ich unterhalte mich mit Werner über nachhaltiges Bauen, Wohnen, den Rohstoff Stroh und seine grosse Vision, eine autarke Stadt zu errichten.
Werner ist ein Mensch der von jung auf als Handwerker und dann über ein Architekturstudium die ganze Erfahrungskette des Bauens durchlaufen hat und so aus einem unglaublichen Fundus von Wissen und Leidenschaft schöpft. Ein Mensch, der durch sein authentisch gelebtes Sein seine einzigartige Legacy für die Menschen hinterlässt.
