In this episode, we are deeply honoured to welcome Justice Judith Prakash, Singapore’s first female Judge of the Court of Appeal and Her World’s Woman of the Year 2024. Justice Prakash has had an extraordinary legal journey — from starting her career under the legendary David Marshall, to breaking multiple glass ceilings and shaping Singapore’s judiciary. Appointed to the Supreme Court Bench in 1992, she made history in 2016 as the first woman appointed to the Court of Appeal.

Over her remarkable career, she has authored more than 600 judgments, mentored generations of lawyers, and paved the way for women in law.
