This is in continuation of the Council meeting conducted by the king.

The king cites very important points to the Prince and the council of ministers, They being: proper communication , understanding and working in unison with his ideals thereby leading to the successful, glorious ongoing temple work. The king then reminisces about the events which inspired him and sparked this ambitious thought to construct the magnum temple. He also says that since he had killed a vast majority of Brahmans in the battle, in order to get redemption from this sin and for the well being of his son and his future generations; the king decided to build this temple and invoke the blessings of Lord Shiva. He conveys with conviction and fervour that this temple will be an amazing historical monument resonating our rich Tamil culture and heritage.He henceforth asks for everyone's support and cooperation to achieve this magnum project. The Prince gets overwhelmed and we can see an emotional exchange of love between father and son duo. He asks his father to concentrate on Temple work and swears that he will take responsibility for the safety of the kingdom. The king then allocates important duties to abled ministers assembled there.
