In this episode, we analyze the English's campaign in Normandy in general, and the Battle of Crécy in particular. Why did the English win, what did the French lose, and what's the fallout.

Kings Edward and Philip race for the Somme - both need to join their other army and finish off the other. Cornered between part of the French army, the channel and the Somme, King Edward manages to slip through, but can't outrun King Philip anymore. Their armies will finally meet outside of the small town of Crécy.
