After hitting rock bottom with postpartum rage, I was able to find joy and happiness in in motherhood again. It's become my mission to help parents show up with peace even in the most challenging moments with their children.
On my channel you will find encouragement through overwhelm, burnout, and overstimulation as a stay-at-home mom, slow living with kids, overcoming postpartum and mom rage, stoping anxiety, mom guilt and shame, how to regulate your nervous system, and a little bit of (real life) motherhood inspiration in between.
In this video I share about: How to know your feelings, What needs moms most pay attention to, how to regulate yourself when you are feeling angry, frustrated, or are dealing with rage, how to be patient when life isn't going your way, how to apologize and not cause trauma, how to have empathy for other people, what it looks like to make changes, what to do when you make a mistake, how to communicate with your kids and husband.
