In December 2021 I did a challenge that I found on a random social media site. 

The instructions were just to follow the prompts for 31 days. One of the prompts was to write a letter to your future self and keep it closed until December. I have no idea what that letter says and I can't even remember what I was going through at the time. 

I guess the old adage of " time heals all " has some merit to it.

In the midst of me writing the letter I'm sure everything I was experiencing felt so real. Whatever space I was in that prompted me to be so ready for change that id try out discipline and give myself 31 days. Im sure the contrast was heavy but now its faded away.

The lesson Ive gathered in 365 days is that it's as real as you make it.  All things are as real as you make it. Lack mindset or abundance are as real you make them. So choose whichever one serves your highest good. I chose in December to give myself 31 days and it set the tone for my year.

Choosing to create my own reality has felt so good. Learning that I'll never get it done and I'll never get it wrong
