A psychological thriller
I've been fortunate enough to have read Jon's upcoming novel, which is similar in genre, what I would class as a psychological thriller. In the Liar The Leper Kurt doesn't want what is happening to him to be true, and he pleads for a second chance to make things right. It's that knife edge of wanting the best for Kurt, but also knowing that Kurt is reaping what he has sewn that keeps the story moving at a rapid pace. Kurt's wife plays a short role, but brings in an extra dimension to the writing. I thouroughly enjoyed this short intense read. It's one of those types of stories that keeps you thinking, long after turning the last page.
Definitely Enjoyed It!!
I enjoyed reading this short story. I felt like in a short span of time, I was able to understand the characters and the extent of what was truly going on. I didn't expect the twist that came midway through the story, it kept me engaged til the end. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Jon's creative writing style will draw you into his world of Kurt Khoury from the first page to the last. The characters and plot are well developed for a short story. I'm looking forward to reading more from this talented young man.
HEART RACING FROM BEGINNING TO END!
This book had me engaged and intrigued from the first paragraph to the last page. A must read from a new author!

This is an excellent short story. I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked it up, but at .99 it was worth the gamble. I will say that it was a dollar well spent. From the very beginning the author pulls you in, and does a good job at teasing you with just enough information to keep you reading. I truly wanted to know what happened next the whole time, especially toward the end.
Also, this is not a spoiler alert, but some of the choices the main character is faced with will have you on the edge of your feet. And the end was satisfying. When all is said and done, it was very well done and I enjoyed it a lot.
