She also has a bachelor’s Degree in social science from Maryland Global Campus. Her data professional journey began in 2008 when she joined the Air Force as a Maintenance Management Data Analyst. She assisted Air Force managers and executives in life-changing decision making by producing reliable and honest data interpretation using classified government data. She has also worked with small Data Analytics teams at Full Sail University in Orlando, FL. Her data skills include SQL, SAS Miner, SSRS Report Writing, Tableau Visualization, and Google Analytics.⁣

She obtained her bachelor’s of science in biology with a minor in chemistry at Xavier University of Louisiana. While at Xavier, Paige served as a Girl Scout troop leader, which won program of the year in 2015, a chemistry tutor, and a liturgical dancer and choreographer. She also served as co-chair of Mobilization At Xavier, the campus community service program, for two years. She was initiated into the Epsilon Tau Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. in the fall of 2016. ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣She also received a service key at the end of her college career for her service to the community. ⁣⁣⁣

Paige is currently pursing her Medical Doctorate degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣Although Paige is a medical student, she still makes time to serve her community and school by giving health screenings to the general public, mentoring students applying to medical school, and working to increase inclusion in the medical field. Paige is currently a member of the Chi Eta Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and serves as assistant advisor of the Edith Irby Jones chapter of the Student National Medical Association. ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣Paige is the Co-Author of “The Brown Girls’ Guide to College” and “The Book Of Success and Scholarship (BOSS)” Workbook. Paige along with her other co-authors formed the CoOperative, LCC, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping minority men and women obtain the tools necessary to exceed in their professional careers. ⁣⁣

Moore Jr. is currently a commissioned officer in the U.S Army Jag Corps,  where he currently practices tax law.  Before becoming a licensed attorney in Texas he graduated in the top of his class from Loyola University of New Orleans where he obtained both his Juris Doctorate and Master’s of Business Administration in finance. While there he was the Vice President of the Trial Advocacy Team, Treasurer of the Black Student Law Association,  Vice President of the MBA Association, and the Student Bar Association Wellness Representative.⁣ ⁣

Before attending graduate school, he went to Xavier University of Louisiana  where he received his Bachelors in Political Science with a double minor in history and theology. At Xavier he was involved in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and the President of the Debate team, Pre Law club, and Phi Alpha Delta Pre law fraternity.⁣ ⁣

In January of 2019, he opened up his own fitness business named  T.R.I.P Fit.  T.R.I.P Fit’s motto is that The Race Isn’t Perfect. Moore takes business professionals who do not have a lot of time on their hands and crafts specialized workouts and diets for them to help them maximize the time they do have. ⁣Our guest this Friday on @theliberatorspodcast is Chelsea Tumanuvao. She is the founder of Chelsea's House of Art chelseashouseof_art.

Chelsea Tumanuvao (Two-mon-noo-vow) is a visual artist from Houston, Texas who recently started a small art company in February, of 2019.  Since then, she has caught the attention of Miss Teen USA 2019, Kaliegh Garris, who purchased an original piece from, “Chelsea’s House of Art,” as well Musician, Adonis Bosso, reality star, Masika Kalysha, DJ Baby Drew, and R&B group, “Pretty Ricky.”

Chelsea is a self-taught artist of over 10 years, and has dabbled in many art forms, including tattooing and fashion-design. She co-illustrated a children’s Book this year, titled, “Mommy, will you play with me?”, which was awarded first place by the Empowering Boss Awards and Gala.

Chelsea wishes to become a staple for giving back, and loves to use her gift of art as forms of charity for her community. She enjoys doing free-face paintings, donating her original pieces and prints, as well as teaching free art classes in which empower the youth. Chelsea has also auctioned her art skills in a silent auction for charity, and has recently hosted an art class for Houston’s region of Girl Scouts. Chelsea hopes to continue giving back the blessings God has given her, in any way, shape or form, to others.

Chelsea is a host of a podcast titled, “The Smart House”, which was created to bring awareness to various current events around the world, and is a platform of positivity. Being a student of comparative religion, Chelsea is excited to create a new segment on her podcast in 2020, to match her current website, “Christians and Muslims (dot net)” where believers can visit to learn the commonalities of both religions’ worshipping of the the same God.

Chelsea hopes to launch an art book in the year 2020 in which all ages can enjoy, as well as continuing her growth as an entrepreneur and small business owner. Art has always been a way for Chelsea to celebrate God’s praises, in hopes of one day impacting the earth in a great and positive way.

⁣Our guest this Friday on @theliberatorspodcast is Desiray Cooper. She is the founder of D'esir Beauty Cosmetics @_beautybydesir_. She created this company to include a wide spectrum of products from cosmetics to make-up and fashion. ⁣

⁣Some might describe Desiray as a jack-of-all-trades on a mission. The owner and operator of D’esir Beauty Cosmetics online store, Cooper has several years of expertise in design and merchandising in beauty/fashion as well as culinary arts. Additionally, she has a background in graphic design, makeup artistry, photography, modeling, and fashion design. While she has found she has a knack for each of these areas, makeup and beauty can be counted high on her list of passionate interests.⁣

⁣The turning point on her road to success was when life threw a curveball and she was diagnosed with autoimmune diseases after years of having an eating disorder triggered by trying to fit the high demand of being thin in the beauty and fashion industry. She often states “you have no idea what a battle is until you have to fight for strength in your own body.” Constant attacks brought on by food allergies and intolerances led her on a journey to a healthy diet and lifestyle. She was embraced by a community of people with the same issues. Through this experience, and her son’s constant eczema outbreaks, Cooper was inspired to develop her own skincare products that are safe for many people who make a conscious decision to live a lifestyle free of the “extra” many companies choose to put in their products. Since launching D’esir Beauty Cosmetics in 2015, she has expanded to include makeup and lashes.⁣

⁣Cooper believes focus and perseverance in your dreams and passions is the key to success. Obstacles will always come; you just have to want it badly enough to keep going when everything tries to get you down. Just get back up and keep going, a tenet she lives out through her journey of healing, and being a mom of a son and daughter, and an entrepreneur. She is currently working on launching her own fashion line and is always looking for ways to improve and grow. ⁣

⁣Indigo Gill is a first-year medical student attending the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. After graduating summa cum laude with honors in chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana, she earned a master’s of science in nutrition from the Columbia University Institute of Human Nutrition. Her master’s thesis explored the relationship between delayed meal times, circadian misalignment, and psychosocial and physiological stress. She enjoys motivating others to seek the truth of their potential. This has led her to develop a small business in partnership with her mother, Blue Agape Essentials, that features all-natural beauty products made with essential oils, in order to enhance the self-care regimen of her hard-working clientele. Recently she has co-edited an essential oil recipe book, Let Plants Nourish You, and overall has interests in making nutrition a cornerstone of her future medical practice. Currently, she is interested in obstetrics/gynecology, family medicine, and internal medicine.⁣

His dentistry clinic offers a wide range of services such as teeth whitening, veneers, and extractions. Our conversation was centered the importance of ownership ,management, and vision. ⁣⁣

Dr. Femi Fadahunsi is a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to graduate for the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. 

Dr. Femi says, "I chose to become a dentist because I, like many others, was self-conscious about my smile. Dentistry was able to improve the way I felt about myself. The impact that had on my confidence, and all parts of my life, was an experience I wanted to share with others. I am grateful when I am able to make a lasting difference in the lives of my patients. Believe it or not, it means just as much to me as it does to my patients when I see them smile with confidence for the first time in many years, or see them free from pain that has been hindering their day-to-day life. Being a dentist is, at the core, about helping others. Whether I am educating patients about oral health, supporting a person as they get past a very real fear of a procedure, or working with a patient to achieve and/or maintain their ideal smile - I know I'm helping.
