In this episode I begin talking openly about the mental illness I personally went through and put positive energy out into the world about dissolving stigmas related to mental health. I also talk about the power of knowledge, learning/education and order drawing on the living inspiration I experience through a love of libraries and working in a library, the power of community, family and friends.

This is a very brief overview of the work that I have been doing and how it is done, also how it is ripe for engagement with others and just a starting point for others to develop their own trajectories of inquiry.
