Rena is a highly respected Cork camogie player, Gaelic Footballer and Physiotherapist, winner of 7 All-Ireland Camogie medals, 5 All Star awards and she has also won 11 All-Ireland Senior Ladies Football medals between 2005-2016. Stephen McDonnell is Founder and Director at Live Unbound - Leadership, Performance and Team Development Consultancy. Stephen played hurling for the Cork minor team, before later lining out with the under-21 side, making his senior debut in the 2011 National Hurling League. McDonnell has since gone on to play a key part in defense for Cork, has won a Munster medal and has been an All-Ireland runner-up.
