Talking all things Marvel Phase 4 with friend and fellow fanboy David Dollar from the Magic on a Dollar podcast.

Why? Because the Black Widow trailer came out and it's got us all kinds of excited for our favorite fandom to return.

  • Monday Movie Minute: Klaus, Ford V Ferrari, Golden Globe Nominated The Irishman (Ugh)

Happy Monday everyone! We gotta discuss what happened at the box office this weekend. Hey, anything to make Monday a little better!

Topics this week (including parent movie reviews- you gotta know if these are safe for kids, right?! Right!)

    • Klaus
    • Ford V Ferrari
    • The Irishman

And... I've got an unpopular opinion on the now Golden Globe-nominated The Irishman.

Just because it gets awards, doesn't mean you have to watch it. Ahem.

Remember how I said it's ok to like what you like? Mmmmhhmmmm...

  • Fangirling The Rise of the Resistance at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

Star Wars. Walt Disney World. Enough said.

Okay, so not *enough* because we've got to fangirl a bit about the newest attraction opening at Disney's Hollywood Studios, The Rise of the Resistance.

On the show today is Amiyrah Martin, co-host of The Star Wars Moms on Facebook and one of the biggest Star Wars fangirls I know.

She's been on the ride- multiple times- and encountered her boyfriend Kylo Ren--- and lived to tell the tale.

She shares a non-spoiler review of what you can expect when you head to Black Spire Outpost and Batuu this year.

Oh and she answers the big question: what about that drop on The Rise of the Resistance we keep hearing about?

The attraction opens on December 5, 2019, at Walt Disney World and January 17, 2020, at Disneyland.

Find Amiyrah on Twitter and Instagram and follow along as she covers the opening day of the newest Star Wars attraction at Walt Disney World.

  • Magic Kingdom- We're Disney People: What Do You Mean There Are Other Vacations?

There is nothing like that WOW factor of walking onto Main Street, USA and seeing Cinderella Castle in all her glory.

That, my friends, is Disney magic- and something to celebrate. Welcome to the "We're Disney People: What Do You Mean There Are Other Vacations?" mini-series where we fangirl the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.

We're talking about each park in a separate podcast episode, so make sure you listen to all 4 to get the whole picture. And let me know which park is YOUR favorite (Twitter @noguiltlife or leave a comment at https://noguiltfangirl.com/fangirling-the-walt-disney-world-parks

On each episode, I'm joined by the Disney obsessed as they talk about why they love the parks.

This episode covers Magic Kingdom and we're chatting with Lindsey. You can find her blogging at https://redheadedbabymama.com or Dapper Disneybounding through the parks!

  • Hollywood Studios- We're Disney People: What Do You Mean There Are Other Vacations?

This week we're fangirling HARD when it comes to the Disney Parks.

Walt Disney World Resort has 4 theme parks, each with a different point of view and vibe- which means we love them for very different reasons.

And a side rant about the people who judge childless people from loving Disney. Judge all you want- cause you're wrong- and no one's sharing pixie dust with an attitude like that. So there.

2nd in the series is Hollywood Studios. It hasn't always been worth the time (c'mon, you know it's true!) but Hollywood Studios is making big moves.

From half-day park to full-day fun, the Studios invite you to play big at the movies and it's just getting better. So it took 30 years and a massive transformation including Toy Story Land and Star Wars Galaxy's Edge? We're not going to complain!

  • EPCOT- We're Disney People: What Do You Mean There Are Other Vacations?

All fangirls have a place they love the most and we're no different around here. Disney is pretty much it.

And thankfully I'm not alone in my Disney Parks love.

Lisa and Theresa join in the Disney World fangirling to talk about their favorite park: Epcot.

Lisa calls it home, Theresa says it's all about community. Patty maybe just comes for the margaritas? Look... la Cava. Enough said.

Take a walk with us through the Epcot and The World Showcase. Where you'll find great food, culture, and 2 Mexicos. Oh wait- nope, just 1.

There's a tiny debate about new Epcot vs old Epcot, but spoiler: we all make it out as friends.

  • Animal Kingdom- We're Disney People: What Do You Mean There Are Other Vacations?

This week we're fangirling Disney Parks and we're starting over in Walt Disney World. Don't worry, Disneyland, you're coming soon!

Animal Kingdom: the last park opened, the last park to fangirl in this Disney series. It's not my favorite, but it does have a couple of amazing things in its favor including Everest, Everest and... well, Everest.

If you thought I was going to say Pandora, well, you might be new here. Ha!

  • GO WILDCATS! Fangirling All Things High School Musical (Including the Series)

    We're all in this together...

Look, I may not have been the target audience for High School Musical when it came out, but once a Wildcat always a Wildcat.

This is a top 5 franchise for me and I will never turn down a chance to sing and dance with Troy and Gabriella.

Happy Monday everyone! We gotta discuss what happened at the box office this weekend. Hey, anything to make Monday a little better!

    • Charlie's Angels- and Kristen freakin' Stewart

Y'all, I loved K-Stew in this one. And it's been a long time since I've been able to say that about her.

Don't read the drama on this movie; women, this is 2019 and we're better than all that. Most of the complaints are men who want their 1970s Angels back... and that's pretty much all you need to know about all that.

I've seen it compared to Ghostbusters: guys, that movie wasn't good. This one? This one is. I mean, not great, but good enough.

Totally cannot compare and lump together as "women for the sake of women in film" because Charlie's Angels 2019 is NOT that movie.

Or at least, not totally that movie. Because, sure, there's some of that- and that's not a bad thing, yo!
