I once noticed my nephew being a 5 year old. He was ripping apart a beautiful plant in the front yard. When I asked him to stop hurting the plant he questioned me in earnest not believing that the plant had any life at all. It is up to us to educate and teach the next generation. We must understand that there is so much to be thankful for in the world. All life deserves our respect and serves a purpose.
