Any creator of anything will place inside of it tools, attributes, and capabilities that will enable it to function in the intended way. That includes the human being.

There has to be a firm place for gifts and talents. The more we ignore them, the more we are shooting ourselves on the foot. Listen to this.

The world has changed so much that the education system as promised and as crafted has not kept up with it. For starters, not everyone will excel from the academic world. Let's just agree with that. Does that mean that such people are useless in the world? No...
