Problems have different types of solutions. At the crux of solutions to problems, there could be a practical thing to do or a philosophical thought to embrace.
As such, knowledge, revelation and wisdom are important aspects. When we are talking about the joblessness scourge, there is no shortage of practical attempts to alleviate it.
However, it is my belief that if we changed the philosophy, we might see some progress, albeit not economically, but that would be progress nonetheless. Listen to this.
There are several reasons as to why I am insisting that part of the problems of joblessness is philosophical. I posit that if you changed the philosophy surrounding joblessness, you might see some light in the tunnel before you get out of it.
Our course, philosophical solutions do not necessarily guarantee you income--something that people in the jobless situation are desperately looking for. However, these solutions will make you go around the "in-between" moments much better and come out probably stronger than you went in.
One such a tweak that is needed in your life is how you handle your time daily. Listen to this.

We are admonished that where focus goes, energy follows. If you are "jobless" or if you know who a "jobless" person is, one of the things that you can instruct them is about their focus.
As already shared in the previous episodes, there is an extent where joblessness is a philosophical problem. In solving this philosophical part of joblessness, knowing what to focus on can be a game-changer in the persons affected.
I posit that the joblessness scourge is biting hard because its victims have not learnt to focus the right way. Does focus pay you at the end of the month or week? Nope. But it takes you through the "in-between" time much better. Listen to this.
Could it be that if we change our perspective in life we could to an extent solve the joblessness scourge? I believe so.
I think the very first thing you need to do is to exterminate that title. When you label yourself "jobless", something drastic happens in your psyche. For some reason, you unconsciously believe that you are useless, valueless and worthless up until someone give you a job and pays you.
In changing our perspective in life, we can easily generate options that we can use that will go a long way in helping us. Listen to this.

I contend again that there is a large aspect of a philosophical problem when we are talking about joblessness. Consequently, if you wanted to solve the scourge you will to a large extent have to tackle it philosophically.
I am not in any way saying that the reality on the ground is all folly and illusionary. I am saying that to a large extent there are people that can be helped just by having their philosophy altered.
I do believe that when you label yourself as a 'jobless' person, you are messing up with your identity and psyche. Chances are that with a change in philosophy you will see options generated. Listen to this.
