We've all experienced envy at one point or another. It's not at all a pleasant feeling. But there's a way to look at this emotion so that instead of destroying us, it actually benefits us.
So many of us consume information we think we are supposed to know without bothering to pause and ask what effects this has on us, our actions, and by extension, the world. In this episode I share my personal experiment with staying "well-informed" and what it taught me. Then I share a tool at the end that you can apply in your own life.
This week is Part 2 of Beliefs! I talk about how we "install" a new belief so that it becomes our new, healthier filter. Towards the end, I also provide real life examples of how I changed certain beliefs and how doing this led me towards better results. Happy listening!
Beliefs: what are they and why are they important? In this episode, we do a little exercise to understand where beliefs come from and how to start dismantling them, so that we can live a more conscious, empowered life.
This week's tool is from the legendary Julia Cameron. It's cathartic, uplifting, and makes you feel you have a loyal ally. Have a listen and give it a try.
In this episode we talk about the ways we express love, and what happens when we don't express love "correctly". As usual, I give a personal example to illustrate how the tool can be helpful.
This is part two on the topic of quiet time where we discuss the WHY. Why do we need it? What are the benefits? How is it going to help us in our lives? I also share how it helped me make a major decision recently.
I consider quiet time to be a super life tool. In this episode, I go into what it is and what elements you have to consider so you can create your own version of it.
