Liani recently discovered that her credit score is considered "Excellent!" A task that most adults seem to think is impossible. Even Liani felt this way after being in a marriage for over 17 years where nothing was in her name and basically didn't exist on the grid.  Fast forward to the present and Liani felt the information and tactics used to create a solid credit score was something to be shared with the listeners! After asking Derek if he would be willing to share some of his financial strategies, they picked up the mics, pressed record and unloaded all the information they could think to share on the topic of finances and credit.
