Hopefully you have already heard Eric Parnell’s segment of E’s end zone. If not I encourage you to check it out.
My segment is called The X-Factor! I want to talk about this load management era of the NBA - It has to stop! People pay good money for NBA tickets to see their favorite player on the court getting buckets not sitting on the bench with a bucket of popcorn laughing joking supporting the team etc… Especially those fans of western conference teams living on the east coast waiting all season for their favorite western conference team to visit their City one time all season and vice versa. Load management is what you call skipping a practice or shot around. Nobody pays money to see that so you can cancel that and not bring tears to the eyes of a little kid who waited patiently all season for this opportunity to put on their favorite players jersey and get to their seat in the arena. Commissioner Adam Silva you have to address this with each Franchise. A healthy fine, or forfeiture of draft picks should do the trick. Call it the MAMBA RULE! Kobe Bean Bryant was never in favor of “load management” Kobe played with eight fingers, a bum shoulder, The dude famously shot two free throws on a ruptured Achilles. After tearing both my left and right Achilles on two separate occasions I recognize the pain he was in at that moment. RIP Kobe…
